Prospect NOLA is a citywide contemporary art triennial founded by the art curator Dan Cameron in 2007, as a response to the destruction and devastation of the city post-Katrina. They will be moving their administrative headquarters to a location in the Warehouse District and are in need of a building that meets the requirements for office, rentable, and community spaces.
NEW ORLEANS

The following project is a design and resolution of a normative building program and building type – a mid-scale office building with some public and retail use on the ground level on a corner site.
Furthermore, this project used the integration of structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental control systems and their components as leading factors in the buildings concept and configuration.
